Does the crown pinch behind the ears like some headbands do?
We don’t like headbands giving us headaches either. All our headbands are made on a slightly wider base to avoid any unnecessary headaches on a wedding day.
How can this crown be customised?
Our ability to accept requests for customisations will depend on timeframes, availability of supplies and whether we feel the requested changes are achievable from a design and aesthetic perspective.Please email us and we can discuss how to best customise this design to suit your wedding dress and bridal hairstyle. We will get back to you with recommendations, production timeframes and a quote.
Will it arrive gift boxed?
Your Savoy crown will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature gift packaging, including care instructions for safe keeping.
Can I request a rush order?
Absolutely. Send us an email with your urgent wedding date and we’ll get back to you with confirmation ASAP.
What happens after I submit my order?
Once you submit your order, we’ll be in touch to discuss processing/production and delivery timeframes for the items you ordered. We’ll also check your wedding date and answer any styling or product questions you may have. If you have ordered a veil with a blusher, we’ll ask you for your height measurement and an idea of where you’ll be positioning the comb in your hair to ensure we cut your blusher to a flattering length. Please note: some styles from the collection are ‘ready to ship’ and others are ‘made to order’ so please check timeframes in each listing. If your wedding date is fast approaching, do let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
