Can the Chiara veil be lengthened or shortened to suit my dress?
Most definitely. We can customise this veil to suit your dress, height and train length.
Can you customise the colour, flowers and/or beading to match my dress?
We love to customise our designs to better suit your wedding dress. Variations to flower shapes and different flower sizes will impact the flow and look of the design so we’d be happy to offer suggestions on how this can be achieved. Please email us photos of your dress (including clear close up photos of any embellishments) and we can discuss how to best customise the Chiara veil to suit your wedding dress and bridal hairstyle. We will get back to you with recommendations, production timeframes and a quote.
Will it arrive gift boxed?
Your Chiara veil will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature gift packaging, including care instructions for safe keeping.
Can I request a rush order?
Absolutely. Send us an email with your urgent wedding date and we’ll get back to you with confirmation ASAP.
Can I request a sample?
Absolutely, we’d love to send you a fabric swatch free of charge. Send us an email with your wedding date and postal address and we can ship a sample of the tulle out to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery via standard post for international addresses.

Free shipping via Express Post on orders over $350
Orders under $350 will ship by Express Post for $13.50

International:

$25.50 Standard International Air Mail (2-3 weeks)
$65.00 DHL (3-5 business days)
