We designed the Cassia comb to fit perfectly above a wedding veil for a beautifully layered look. The distance between the combs on the headpiece allow for a veils comb to slot in between, seamlessly creating a clean and sophisticated bridal look.

Earrings: We love to style the Cassia headpiece with our LEO, PABLO, TULIP, LOURDES, ISABEAU, NIGHTINGALE and MIDSUMMER earrings.
Veil: Wear the Cassia headpiece with a plain or embellished veil with pearl or crystal details. It can be worn with single or two tier veils in fingertip, chapel or cathedral lengths. Our favourite pairings include our MORNING MIST, ROSELLA, AMORA, THEODORE, AUDREY, MIDNIGHT or BLAIR veils.
Hair: Romantic hairstyles including updos and half up hairstyles.

FAQS

Can this headpiece be worn with a veil?
Cassia was designed to be worn with a veil and also without. The metal combs on the headpiece are positioned at the ends of the headpiece which creates the perfect space for your veils comb to slip in between. We recommend pairing it with veils that aren’t too bulky at the comb, and around 3-3.5 inches in width, as heavy tulle or ribbon wrapping on a veil comb can show through. Our full collection of veils are handcrafted onto finely wrapped metal combs for a more seamless finish. We’d love to offer veil suggestions from our veil collection to suit your wedding gown and hairstyle.
The Cassia might be too short/long for me. Can it be modified?
We can lengthen the Cassia so it extends further around the bun, similar to the SABLE. We can also make it smaller if you would prefer a more compact design. You’re welcome to email us photos of your dress and bridal hairstyle and we’d love to offer styling advice. Once we confirm details, we can send a quote.
I love this headpiece but I’m not sure if it will suit my bridal hairstyle?
Please email us photos of your bridal hairstyle and we can offer recommendations. Cassia is a beautifully versatile headpiece that can be worn with loose and romantic updos, half up hairstyles and loose curls.
Why does this headpiece have two separated combs?
We design our headpieces with functionality in mind. The split combs allow you to curve the headpiece around the contours of your head and the combs at the ends mean it will sit flush against your hair for a more seamless finish. The space between the combs is designed to accommodate your veil. There is no need to add a centre comb as the side combs will be sufficient to hold it into place. Please note: an additional centre comb may interfere with the placement of your veil.
How do I secure the comb in my hair?
The Cassia is attached to two metal combs which can be secured to your hair with bobby pins. Insert the comb in your hair and using 2 bobby pins that match your hair colour, secure the comb into place by discreetly creating an X shape across the metal teeth of the comb in your hair.
Is this available in other colours?
Yes, we can create the Cassia in silver tones with ivory flowers. Alternatively, if you prefer a blush palette, we can bring blush tones of the SABLE piece into the piece. Please contact us for a quote.
How can this headpiece be customised?
The Cassia can be customised in many ways including changes to length, details and silhouette. We can also reduce the amount of leaves or flowers for a simpler open look. This will involve a redistribution of the key elements so it is balanced and proportional.

Will it arrive gift boxed?
Your Cassia headpiece will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature gift packaging, including care instructions for safe keeping.

What happens after I submit my order?
Once you submit your order, we’ll be in touch to discuss processing/production and delivery timeframes for the items you ordered. We’ll also check your wedding date and answer any styling or product questions you may have. If you have ordered a veil with a blusher, we’ll ask you for your height measurement and an idea of where you’ll be positioning the comb in your hair to ensure we cut your blusher to a flattering length. Please note: some styles from the collection are ‘ready to ship’ and others are ‘made to order’ so please check timeframes in each listing.
